I’m a former restaurant owner, street food vendor, and lifelong food lover who believes the best way to connect with a culture is through its flavors.
My love for food and the journey began with a humble food stall that grew into a local restaurant, which earned a Travellers' Choice Award for its unique flavors and warm service. Fueled by the same passion for food and local culture, I’ve spent the past few years exploring Busan’s vibrant markets and introducing countless friends and visitors to the local food scene: sharing hidden gems and street food favorites that most tourists miss!

We had an excellent time exploring Bujeon Market. The experience without a guide can be overwhelming, to say the least. We were so glad to have Esther as our guide. I don't think we would have been able to enjoy ourselves without her! As for the meals, WOW. The flavors and variety of all the dishes were unique and clearly well curated.
